That depends a bit on the position and the location. Usually someone from the respective department and from the recruiting team take part. Don't worry, it's not going to be a tough assessment center. Our interview is primarily about getting to know each other. We want to learn something about you as a person - and at the same time give you the opportunity to get to know us better. We value a great cooperation,after all we'll spend a lot of time together. After our conversation, we're hopefully both sure that it will be a great fit.

Yes, you can. But rather indirectly: If you are interested in several positions, we recommend that you select your favorite and apply for it. Please let us know in your cover letter that you're flexible and interested in other positions as well. We will then see which position is currently the best fit.
