- Ensuring and implementing a professional candidate experience: Checking application documents, conducting (telephone) interviews, managing the interview process, contract management and maintaining engagement with candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, providing support to help them integrate smoothly into the team and company culture.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees throughout their journey with Exxera LLC, ensuring ongoing support and guidance.

- Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on IT/technical roles.
- Specialized Know-How: Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

- Let’s talk: Very good knowledge of English - English level B2. Good knowledge of German is an advantage, as Exxeta LLC mainly supports German projects of Exxeta AG in Germany.
