HR / Recruiting Intern (all genders)

• Talent Scouting: You’ll take on key responsibilities in applicant management, including entering and reviewing application materials, coordinating schedules, conducting interviews, and drafting contracts. Your organizational skills ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Comprehensive Insights: You’ll independently create and post job listings based on input from the business units. Your creativity and expertise directly contribute to the visibility and appeal of our job openings.
• Active Process Support: Working closely with the recruiting team, you’ll support the entire recruiting process. From planning to execution, you’ll be involved in every step and help continuously optimize our processes.
• Let’s meet: You’ll help with the preparation, follow-up, and execution of recruitment fairs and career events. This role allows you to expand your network and maintain direct contact with potential candidates.

• Personal Background: You are pursuing or have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
• Skills: You have strong MS Office skills, are tech-savvy, and ideally have some initial practical experience in recruiting or HR.
• Mindset: You are motivated, open-minded, and reliable.
• Better Together: You enjoy working in a team and exchanging ideas, whether in person, over the phone, or remotely via video call.
• AI Understanding: You are interested in modern AI tools and their practical applications in everyday tasks.
