What we expect from you
- Personal background: You have successfully finished your studies within IT or a comparable education.
- Leadership: You have at least 4 years of experience as team lead in software development. You have experience in disciplinary leadership, coaching and motivating employees and posess very good communication skills.
- Expertise: To be successful in this position, you should be expert in either Fullstack development or DevOps while beeing familiar with both. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as backend technologies like Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python. You should also have proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), along with experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mindset: You have a drive for organizational development, a strong service mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Let’s talk: You are highly proficient in both written and spoken English (at least C1 level) - excellent, as you'll fit right in at Exxeta.
